I will start your commission once payment has been made.

The currency I use is USD.

No refunds are accepted, except in cases where I, the artist, consider myself unable to complete the commission (depending on how much progress has been made on the commission, the refund may be partial or full).

I reserve the right to reject any order without needing to provide an explanation.

All communication will be carried out via email: [email protected]; or through my social media (preferably my Discord: tiffgrr).

Generally I send progress updates in 2 or 3 stages: sketch, lineart and final render. But if you'd like more updates during the process you can let me know (though I ask that, if possible, you avoid being insistent).

Please provide visual references, as this ensures that your commission is made according to your expectations and helps avoid unnecessary mistakes during the process. Written references are also accepted, as long as they are very detailed and easy to understand.

Changes are allowed during the sketch stage and minor adjustments before finalizing the render. No further corrections will be accepted once the commission is completed.

I usually take between 5 days or an entire week drawing, but I may also take more than a month (2 months maximum). It all depends on how many clients I am attending to at the same time or the complexity of the commission. If any inconvenience arises, I commit to letting you know.

Commissions that need to be completed within a specific time period will have an additional cost of 20% to 60% over the original commission price. 20% (less than three (3) weeks), 60% (less than one (1) week).

Upon completion of the commission, you will receive two high-quality PNG files: one with a watermark, ideal for sharing on social media, and one without a watermark. These will be sent via email or through a file transfer platform such as Google Drive.

You as the client should know that you are paying for a digital product, not a physical product.

As the artist, I have the right to use your commission to promote my portfolio and my social media. If you do not wish for this, please mention it before the commission begins.

The client is allowed to use the commission solely and exclusively for personal use, without profit. If shared on social media, please credit me and use the watermarked art if possible.

I prohibit the use of my illustrations for AI entertainment, NFTs and cryptocurrency-related things. If you do not comply with this term you will be added to my blacklist.

Neither the client nor anyone else may sell, trace, modify or plagiarize the finished commission.
